Valve Manifold Stack

A customer had a tire grinding machine controlled by valve stacks. The machines were originally fitted with a competitor valve that was failing. The original valve configurations on the tire grinding machines made it difficult to replace or repair the failing valve stacks. The wiring, mounting, and overall appearance of the competitor's solution was an inconvenient eyesore and a big problem to the operation in its entirety.

The alternatives offered by MRM's salesman for the territory were sized and delivered promptly. The choices were between two valve manifold stacks. Both stack configurations were wired individually, one with a standard wiring system ready to connect just outside the manifold's conduit and the other with a quick connect mini-din. Both provided the six required valves pre-wired in one manifold stack mounted on a 3/8" thick plate. The complete package mounted directly to the tire grinding machines, saving time and space as well as giving the machines a better cosmetic appeal.
