A customer was looking for quality fittings for their manufacturing operations. A salesman from SMC met with the customer shortly after our territory salesman was in dropping off spec sheets on Camozzi. The SMC sales representative performed a demo of SMC versus Camozzi, first on Nylon tubing and then Polyurethane. In both instances, the SMC fitting "popped" off the tubing, much to the embarassment of the SMC sales rep. It was a comical experience for the customer's personnel who witnessed the demo, as well as a victory for our territory salesperson and Camozzi.

Sometimes the best way to sell is simply to have the best product available. Our salesman helped the customer with the proper solution to their fitting problem and received his first Camozzi order just over a week after the failed SMC demo.
