MONOCARRIER

MCH SERIES
This unit features super-high, ridig rails suitable for cantilevered loads. These linear actuators offer enhanced rigidity, LED-equipped sensors, K1 Lubrication Units (as used in the self-lubricated rail options), and excellent corrosion resistance. They come standard with a low-temperature black chrome coating and have multiple saddle configurations.

MCM SERIES
This lightweight, compact actuator offers maintenance-free operation with K1 lubrication (as above). A variety of sizes are available, making it a useful solution for factory automation. Rolling bearings contribute to low friction and long life, with a special coating for corrosion resistance.

MR SERIES ROBOT MODULE

The NSK MR Robot Modules are complete linear axis, X-Y Stages and XYZ stages for various automation applications. This cartesian robot system uses high quality NSK linear guides, ball screws and monocarriers for a high level of mechanical reliability.

These units are maintenance-free with K1 lubrication standard. They come ready for installation of any conforming servo motor. The design is simple - just aim and bolt the module into place. Everything is already aligned.
